I have been tagged a lot lately, and I will get to all of them eventually. This one was fun though. 1st photo folder, 1st picture. This is my little brother. He is quite rowdy. My family was visiting my oldest brother and we were all outside hanging out. This little guy was causing ruckus, so my dad tied him up.

haha, I remember that! I love that little boy! He always makes me laugh! Remember the parade when he yelled "Kevin, there's a parade behind you" or when he called Kelli a fox? He is a funny one!
